The Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) at the University of Indianapolis is incubating a new research and evaluation unit at the University of Indianapolis. CELL seeks a visionary, collaborative, and committed research academic to become the Research and Evaluation Specialist (Research Specialist) for this new, fledgling unit.
The Research Specialist will work closely with CELL at UIndy to develop and execute the evaluation, assessment, and research strategy internally and externally. Additionally, s/he will identify and facilitate opportunities for cross-institutional research, as well as a significant focus on externally funded research projects specific to the needs of this new unit.
The Research Specialist will also design, execute, and publish studies and reports; provide workshops and presentations to support staff, faculty, and practitioners; and offer individual assessment consultations to the Centers. In the process, they will work collaboratively with the University’s Grants and Sponsored Programs office toward common goals.
The Research Specialist coordinates studies, reports, and projects alongside consultants, affiliated faculty researchers, or student research assistants. S/he will also organize and facilitate workshops and webinars on research and assessment strategies, scales, and practices to support the Centers and/or UIndy faculty in pursuit of new, externally funded projects.
