Research Associate: Portland, Oregon
RMC Research Corporation is a privately owned, for-profit firm dedicated to helping local, state, and federal agencies, philanthropic foundations, and social service organizations make a real difference in the lives of their communities through program evaluation and applied research. The Portland Oregon office of RMC Research is searching for a full-time mixed-methods Research Associate to join our team working on education and behavioral health projects. The position requires engaging in all aspects of research and evaluation, providing oversight to various projects, working with clients, and collaborating with other staff. Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, public policy, and/or related area and two years of equivalent work experience in research or evaluation is required. Preference is for local candidates working in a hybrid setting, though a fully remote position is feasible. This is a full-time position with benefits.
